Uni 19-04-2018 - Guidance on conversion electronic invoice into paper invoice

Official letter 673/TCT-CS dated 27 February 2018 of GDT guiding on conversion electronic invoice into paper invoice:

The company is converting electronic invoices to more than one page bill. On the top of the page the invoice is displayed:

• Invoice number as the first page (due to automatic computer system)
• Same name, address, MST buyer as first page
• Same name, address, MST seller as first page
• Same pattern and invoice as the first page
• Include a note in Vietnamese with no mark for the "preceding page - X / Y page" (where X is the page number and Y is the total number of pages for that invoice).
